I have heard that just washing face with warm water may be the best. David said it worked for him. For some people, I think it is an autoimmune problem. The chemicals you get at the Dermatologist don't address the autoimmune problem directly.
I have an awesome dermatologist. I have an idiopathic issue that he's spent years trying to diagnose and/or find something that will help it (that's a good thing, as no one else was willing to do the research). He said he wouldn't stop until we found something one way or the other. He's great. I'd be glad to give you his info if you'd like!
When I first read this I thought it said that your skins were no better. For some reason that made it seem much funnier. Today I will start referring to my skin as my skins. When was the last time I ever said anything about my skins? Never, but I will be better prepared to make it funny when (if) it comes up.

I feel ya, Dani. My trips to the dermatologist were always futile too.
