I try to mix things up a little bit at bed time. I periodically switch sides.
Seth used to forcibly resist such change, claiming it was physically impossible for him to sleep on a different side of the bed, but he's gotten to the point where he just incredulously questions what I'm doing and then accepts it.
The last few nights: right, left, right.
See, someone's got to prepare him. What if one day he gets called into the army and he is forced to sleep on a different side of a bed every night?
He'll be ready.

I laughed so hard when I read this. I wonder what Logan would do if I tried to sleep on his side of the bed tonight. Ha.
Do they have large enough beds in the army to warrant sides? I thought they just slept on cots, and they be miniature cots compared to Seth.
Erik and I have switched sides once and we both didn't sleep well. We ended up switching back in the middle of the night...or 15 minutes later.
I always get in trouble when I go on Tyler's side. But that is usually because Tyler is on his side as well. It can get a little cramped. Once I hit Tyler in my sleep, so maybe it's good to have our own sides. I claim the left.
